What is COB technology?
COB (Chip-on-board) LED technology is the latest in the complete advancement of the color product, using modern technology, the basis of a technique for connecting the surface of the chip, combined with high-precision dosing.

How is Chip-on-Board technology formed?
The bare IC is mounted directly on the substrate on the back of the PCB, then using a special method of closing with pure gold wire, the connection is made between the base and the silicone chip, then finally the COB is packaged together to form the full module.

How can you recommend COB technology?
This new and unique technique has a number of advantages over existing technologies such as SMD and DIP LEDs. Due to the small size of the LED chip, the COB system allows much more packaging space than SMD (SMT), as a result of compact arrays, providing good uniformity and greater intensity at close range and greater fuel dissipation for more good stability, reliability and life.
